Shipping Details

We offer domestic and international delivery services both via NinjaVan Malaysia. NinjaVan Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays. 


Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received the tracking number update within 3 working days after the expected delivery date of shipment, please contact hanabellawarehouse@gmail.com 


Postage charges

a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

East Malaysia – RM10.00
Sabah & Sarawak – RM14.00 to RM16.00
Brunei - RM85.00
Singapore - RM25.00

For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Courier Services Tariff Rate. 


b. International Delivery
