Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURN
Items that are unwashed, unaltered, unworn condition and with HANA BELLA signature tagging, return & exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 14 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. However we will only consider for ONE (1) time exchange only for every invoice.
All the shipping cost incurred for the return & exchange will be borne by the customer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with it purchased value will be send back to the customer (subject to stocks availability).
We take great measures to ensure our product quality but sometimes things go wrong during delivery. Please help us take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID(XXXXX) and email to email@example.com and retuned items within 30 days of receipt (for both local and international orders) Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to customers.
We will exchange your item for a new one and we will bear all delivery cost to return the faulty product to us and resend the new product to you. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund or replace with another code which has same value of total faulty/damage item received.
4.REFUND - Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product).
There will be no refund once the customer has made a payment.
5.OUT OF STOCKS ITEM
In the event the purchased items are out of stocks, customer will be offered to exchange with same value products, if exchange to higher value product, customer need to bear the different cost or else the company will refund full amount to customer.
Kindly take note that we will process and send out
a. READY STOCKS item within 3 WORKING DAYS after payment is received.
b. PREORDER ITEMS item within 3 WORKING DAYS as stated in the product catalog at website www.hanabellagroup.com
